What services do you offer?
Our cleaning services include regular home and/or office cleaning, including cleaning floors, dusting and wiping all accessible surfaces, cleaning window interiors, making beds and general organizing.
For deep cleaning, we offer deep and detailed cleaning of any area you want. We also offer disinfection services for bed bugs, roach infestation, termite infestation etc.
Do I have to provide cleaning materials?
If you are booking a house cleaning session with materials, then you can enjoy utmost peace of mind and require no materials to be handed over to the staff. Our staff will carry all the key cleaning materials to ensure that you have a perfectly clean house. In case you do not want the staff to carry cleaning materials, we would request you to provide us with the following cleaning items:

Do I have to be here when the cleaning professional arrives?
Our entire operations run around the vision of offering efficient cleaning services with complete peace of mind. You don’t need to be present when our staff is at your place instead you can certainly provide the keys of your house to them and leave the house stress free to focus on your personal agenda. However, we earnestly suggest that for your first house cleaning service, you should be present at home and guide the staff on your fundamental focus areas, along with giving her a full tour of the house. For subsequent cleaning bookings, you may either provide her with the set of keys, which we take full responsibility and accountability for or leave the keys under the mat or with the security personnel. You can choose a package of your choice and pay online hence your presence is hardly required.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, please contact us for any changes to your booking at least 24 hours in advance on +971 2 628 2860 or customer@www.houseworks.ae. We can be reached from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Sat-Thu and 9:00 am – 6:00 pm on Friday.
How do I pay for the services?
You can conveniently pay online with your credit or debit card. Your card will only be charged after the service has been delivered. Alternatively, you can pay cash to the cleaning company upon service delivery.
